AS 14.09.010(b) is amended to read: (b) Each school district mentioned in (a)(1) of this section is entitled to receive reimbursement from the state for the operation of the transportation system on a unit cost basis determined by the department. Reimbursement for transportation provided on a motor vehicle owned by a school district and for transportation provided on a motor vehicle operated under a contract with a school district shall be the same. Any difference between school districts in the level of reimbursement for transportation provided by the school districts may not exceed 10 percent." Page 1, line 4: Delete "* Section 1."
